Enter your order number and the billing email you used at checkout to see the latest status.

Find your shipment

Your order number is in the confirmation email sent right after checkout. Tracking appears once the parcel has shipped.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

No tracking yet? Tracking updates can take 1-2 business days to appear after an order ships while the carrier scans the parcel.

How delivery works

    Order placed

    You receive a confirmation email with your order number as soon as checkout completes.

    Processing

    We inspect and pack your watch within 1-3 business days of purchase.

    Shipped

    A shipping email with a tracking link is sent when your parcel leaves our facility.

    Out for delivery

    Standard transit is typically 3-7 business days after dispatch, tracked to your door.
